Deep Sleep Pillow Spray - DIY Recipe

Updated: May 10, 2019

Whether you’re dealing with a lot of stress during the day, you’re very busy, or maybe not busy at all, a good night’s sleep is essential to a productive and enjoyable day.

With all that we try to fit into the time that we’re awake, I find that it’s especially important that our sleep is just as effective as our efforts during the day and ive learned alot about just how essential sleep is for our health. In fact there’s no way to be healthy without good, quality sleep, and enough of it. Our sleep needs to be long and rejuvenating, stocking our bodies with the energy we need for each day ahead.

Having focused on my sleep for the past year it turned out that establishing a solid sleep routine with little cues that remind me it’s time to wind down and get some shut was the answer i was looking for to getting a good night sleep. The pillow spray i am sharing with you today is a vital part of my sleep routine and I'm sure will become a close companion of yours when finding your natural sleep routine.

Smelling a familiar, relaxing scent every night moments before we hit the pillow can send a strong and comforting signal to our over-wired, over-stimulated brains to prepare for sleep.
