Essential Relaxation Evening

When you walk into our essential relaxation evening head straight to a mat and get comfy between the pillows, take a moment with a herbal tea to arrive and relax into the moment. 

We begin your relaxation evening by combining therapeutic grade essential oils with some stretch and releases alongside specified breathing techniques to support you in finding your balance. We will then flow gently into a deep guided Aroma Relaxation where we use essential oils and visualisation techniques that allow you to connect with your body, relax your mind and promote your inner peace. To bring your aroma relaxation to a close we will apply a blend of uplifting essential oils to your forehead using a gentle indian head massage technique.  

At the end of the evening you will have time to choose an essential oil roller bottle to take home with you & continue your relaxation.
